In my coaching programs, I focus on the benefits of healthy nutrition to increase your feeling of well-being, which I consider essential. By sharing my knowledge we will start changing habits and find the right combination of foods that work for you, your staff, or your family.

Adding food that is rich in vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, fatty acids, amino acids and sugar nutrients provides the body with the right information to function properly. The quality and quantity of daily food are significant and important for your ideal weight. Nutrition is more than food; nutrition can actually affect the expression of genes.

  2. advice and inform about the different combinations and try them out to see if we can get the desired increase in feeling healthy.

This coaching programma provides parents with the tools they need to raise happy and healthy children. Together we will create the healthy, nourished home you have always imagined.

We will infuse wellbeing into your life and create positive food experiences for the whole family. I will evaluate and prepare a plan according to the needs of the family. We will also organize all food in your pantry and identify the type of foods that are consumed.

Children Coaching

Eating patterns built during childhood serve as a foundation for life. What we eat early on shapes brain development, metabolism, and overall health.
Therefor for the journey to a well-balanced grown-up with good health is important. I enjoy working with kids immensely. Listening and asking the right questions to understand current habits and motivation for the food choices is the start. Allowing the children to decide their goals will encourage small gradual changes for long-term results.
